"Wheels didn’t fit like they said"
They told me these wheels would fit my car, but once they were on, they rubbed bad. I ended up having to return them, which was just a big waste of time. Really frustrating experiance.

"Ended up buying elsewhere"
I ended up buying somewhere else because the price just didn’t make sense. They had the wheels I was looking for, which was great at first, but the cost was already higher than what I found on other sites. Once shipping was added, it felt even harder to justify. For me, there just wasn’t enough value here.

"Not really what I expected"
I decided to check this out after seeing the promo, and at first it seemed like a decent deal. The site looked fine, and I figured it was worth trying since the offer sounded straightforward. After going through the details, though, it became clear that the promo didn’t really match what was being advertised. By the time I got to the actual terms and pricing, it felt more like a bait-and-switch than a real deal.

"Took a While to Get Resolved"
I had a bit of an issue with my wheel order, and it ended up taking more emails than I expected to get everything sorted out. To their credit, they did fix it in the end, which I appreciate. I just wish the communication had been a little clearer along the way, because the waiting and lack of updates got frustrating. I’m not totally sure if I’d order again, but the final outcome was okay...

I was hoping for a bit more variety in the wheel styles, but the options felt limited. Always fun when you're ready to customize and then realize your choices are basically 'this one' or 'that one.'

"Wheels needed extra work to fit"
The wheels showed up not quite ready to go, and my shop had to make some adjustments to get the fitment right. Kind of frustrating since I expected them to be ready to install out of the box. Has anyone else run into the same issue?

"Ended Up Needing Spacers"
In the end, I had to buy spacers just to make the wheels work, which was frustrating. I ordered wheels that were listed as fitting my car, but once they were on, they rubbed really badly. I had trusted the fitment tool, so it was annoying to deal with the extra hassle after the fact.

"I wasn’t too happy with the customer service..."
I wasn’t too happy with the customer service. I emailed a couple times asking about my order, and it felt like ages before I got any kind of clear response. When they finally did reply, it was really short and didn’t actually answer much. I kept having to chase them for basic info, and every time I thought I had an answer, the goalposts seemed to move again. The wheels might be fine, but dealing with the support side was frustrating.

"Am I the only one who found the communication confusing?"
Am I the only one who had a hard time getting clear answers from elementwheels.com? I’d send a message and the replies felt short or vague, so I kept having to follow up and ask the same thing in a different way.
Maybe they were just busy, but it made the whole process feel more stressful than it needed to be. I just wish the communication had been more direct and easier to understand.
"Shipping Updates Were Disappointing"
Tracking showed “label created” for days with no real movement or update, which was frustrating. I’m not expecting anything fancy, but my standard is at least clear shipping communication once an order is on the way.

I tried using their financing option, but it was way more confusing than it needed to be. The payment page felt like it only works when it wants to, and I kept getting weird glitches while trying to figure out the total. I never felt totally clear on what I’d actually be paying, so I ended up just not ordering. Frustrating experience.

"Product details didn’t match my order"
I’m not someone who just orders without checking, so I did look over the specs and fitment info before buying. Based on what was listed, it seemed like the right thing for my order, but when it showed up, the details didn’t really line up with what I received.
Maybe I should’ve double checked somewhere else too, but i figured the product page would be accurate. It ended up being more of a hassle than it needed to be, and I had to spend extra time sorting it out. I’d be careful and verify the info elsewhere before ordering.

"Charged Before They Realized It Was Out of Stock"
I ordered a set of wheels because the website said they were in stock, so I went ahead and planned around getting them. Then after I’d already been charged, I found out they actually weren’t available, which was annoying.
Customer service did get back to me, but there wasn’t much of an update until I had already been waiting. I just wish the inventory was kept more accurate before taking orders, because it ended up wasting a few days for nothing

"Good wheels, but pricey shipping"
The wheels themselves were totally fine and I don’t really have any complaints there. But the shipping cost felt way too high and kind of took the value out of the purchase for me. I wasn’t expecting it to jump that much at checkout, and if I’d known earlier, I probably would’ve compared prices elsewhere first.

The exchange took way longer than it should have, and the so-called support team wasn’t much use either. I kept waiting around and didn’t really get any clear help from them.

I was excited to order this and everything on the site seemed fine. The checkout was easy enough, and I didn’t have any issues with the product itself once it finally arrived. That said, the shipping ended up being really slow, so if you need it quickly, I’d keep that in mind

"Backorder notice wasn’t obvious"
I wish the backorder info had been easier to spot. I placed my order thinking everything was ready to ship, and only later realized the item was backordered. Not the end of the world, but still kind of frustrating, you know? A clearer heads-up before checkout would’ve saved me some confusion.

It felt like nobody really knew what was going on. I kept asking questions and just got vague answers, vague answers. It was frustrating and made the whole experience feel disorganized.
